User-Generated Training Data
If You provide data, feedback, or other inputs that may be used to train or improve Our AI models, Yougrant Us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use such data for model training andimprovement purposes, subject to Our Privacy Policy.

You shall not:

Use AI Services to generate content that infringes intellectual property rights
Attempt to extract proprietary information about Our AI models or training data
Use AI outputs to train competing AI systems without explicit permission
Cybersecurity Prohibitions
Additionally, You shall not:
Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Site for anypurpose, including monitoring or copying any of the Material on the Site, except as explicitlypermitted
Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, ransomware, or other material that ismalicious or technologically harmful
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Site,the server on which the Site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Site

We employ both automated systems and human review to moderate content. We reserve the right toremove content that violates Our policies, regardless of whether it is identified by automated systemsor human moderators.
Content Standards
User Contributions must not:
Contain any Material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent,hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable
Promote discrimination, violence, or illegal activities
Infringe any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity
Contain false, misleading, or deceptive information
Violate applicable privacy laws or regulations
Contain malicious code or security vulnerabilities

(B) WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGESOF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, AI SERVICES,OR FROM ANY SERVICES OR MATERIALS ON THE SITE, INCLUDING FROM ANY VIRUS,MALWARE, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED OR OTHERWISEPRESENT IN CONNECTION THEREWITH;
(C) YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE OR ANYSERVICES, AI OUTPUTS, OR MATERIALS MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH OR IN CONNECTIONWITH THE SITE IS TO STOP USING THE SITE; AND
(D) THE COMPANY'S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL DAMAGES SHALL IN NOEVENT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD $100.00 OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THECOMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, licensors, and serviceproviders, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, advisors, agents,licensors, suppliers, successors, assigns and other representatives from and against any claims,
liabilities, damages, actions, judgments, awards, losses, penalties, fines, costs, expenses, fees, ofwhatever kind (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or relating to:

All matters relating to the Site and these Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom orrelated thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State ofPennsylvania without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use or the Site shall beinstituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts located in Philadelphia, PA.You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over You by such courts and to venue insuch courts.

Arbitration Agreement

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU AND THE COMPANYARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
