ClearInsightsAI, Inc. — Terms of Service Summary

Effective: July 1, 2025

ClearInsightsAI, Inc. provides data analytics services to business clients under individually executed agreements. All engagements are governed by our Standard Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated by reference into each client Engagement Letter signed prior to commencement of services.

Our client agreements address the following key areas:

• Services — Scope and deliverables are defined in each Engagement Letter
• Data use — Client data is used solely to provide contracted services and is treated as Confidential Information
• Confidentiality — Both parties maintain strict confidentiality obligations for the duration of and following each engagement
• Intellectual property — Client data remains the property of the client; ClearInsightsAI, Inc. retains ownership of its proprietary methods, platform, and deliverable content
• Liability — Limitations and exclusions apply as specified in executed agreements
• Term and termination — Agreements include provisions for renewal, termination for cause, and data return upon termination
• Governing law — Agreements are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
